What is the permitted distance between a residence and the coastline?

A. OUTSIDE THE PLAN AND OUTSIDE SETTLEMENTS (ND-439/70: (Government Gazette 36/A/13-2-70)
In coastal areas:
except for areas covered by an approved street plan or settlements existing prior to 1923 and except for areas subject to special building regulations, the building shall be located at a distance of at least thirty (30) meters from the boundary of the foreshore as defined by the provisions in force.
B. WITHIN SETTLEMENTS EXISTING BEFORE 1923
“Article 8, par.5, par.6, par.7, par.8 and par.9 PD-2/13-3-81 (Government Gazette 138D) “Settlements before 1923 outside the plan. Demarcation – building conditions”, Article 2, par.2 PD-19/28-8-81).
ARTICLE 8. In the case of coastal settlements, the building shall be located at a distance of ten five (15) meters at least, from the according to the a17> text provisions specifying line seashore (winter wave).
C. OUTSIDE THE PLAN AND WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SETTLEMENTS IN THE COUNTRY WITH UP TO 2,000 RESIDENTS. PD/24-4-85 (Government Gazette-181/D/3-5-85). Article 6, par. 4. (formerly 7).
In the case of coastal settlements and unless otherwise specified by a special provision (or local street plan), the building shall be located at a distance of:
At least 15 meters from the designated shoreline and in any case beyond the beach line.
At least 50 meters from the estimated shoreline if the shoreline has not been defined.
ATTENTION: IF WE ARE WITHIN THE ZONE OF EXCEPTIONAL OCCURRENCE, THERE ARE USUALLY LARGER DIMENSIONS.
