The digital transformation of our company is now a reality, as the REDMINE platform has been customized to meet our needs and those of our customers. This software is available internationally to customers such as TOYOTA, BOSCH, and PANASONIC. Our employees can now work from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection, our customers can have immediate access to their case history and files, the chaotic use of emails has been eliminated, and group communication for each case has become easier than ever.

Following the saying “when you want to conduct an orchestra, you have to turn your back on the audience,” the company after 16 years, it has almost eliminated its budget [2022] for advertising and outreach of all types of construction work [new construction and renovation] and building permits and studies, since the need to support the other two companies [Maryland PS and Diax Athens] in the group is so great that it is called upon to choose between “yes to all” and maintaining high levels of quality control. Ultimately, it chooses the latter, which has always been the goal of our corporate culture.

NEW HEADQUARTERS FOR OUR OFFICES IN ATHENS

The company is moving to new offices on Ymittou Street, seeking a more autonomous and unified building away from the traffic chaos and constant deterioration of the city center. The company is based in a three-story building with a surface area of 500.00 m², which it is renovating with its own funds. Parking becomes easier and safer for our customers, and the city center remains within easy reach, as the area around Mets is only a 5-minute drive from Syntagma Square.

City Engineering is expanding its operations on the island of Santorini by establishing a branch office in 2019. This decision aims to better serve the needs of the market and, at the same time, contributes significantly to the company’s further growth.

The company is moving to new offices on Kordatos Street in search of more modern building infrastructure. The company is based in a purely professional building that was recently constructed and has state-of-the-art mechanical infrastructure. Remaining in the center of Athens, we are improving our office environment, making our daily routine easier and our customers’ stay at our headquarters more comfortable.

The company has formed a joint venture with the CENTRAL real estate agency. By expanding its partnerships, it is extending its services to include the sale, rental, and valuation of real estate in Athens.

Our company’s quality management system has been approved for the second time by BQC (Business Quality Certification), which applies to “Licensing, Design, and Supervision of Reconstruction and Renovation of Building Projects.”

In order to meet the growing needs of the market, the company rents accommodation in Santorini. The accommodation in Emporio Thiras allows for more immediate service and the provision of a higher level of services.

In order to meet demand in Northern Greece, the company is creating a network with the technical company ANADOMO, which is now exclusively managed by Nikolaos Konstantinidis, and can now serve the whole of Greece with a uniform quality of service provision.

Our company’s quality management system is approved by LRQA (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance) and applies to “Licensing, Design, and Supervision of Building Reconstruction and Renovation Projects.”

The company is moving to new offices on G Septemvriou Street due to lack of space. The company now occupies a 300 square meter space with state-of-the-art equipment and logistical infrastructure to best support the needs of the times and high competition.

The company changes its legal status and becomes a general partnership. Management is definitively transferred to founder Athanasios Aridas and civil engineer Nikolaos Konstantinidis, who already had five years of service with the company. The appointment of senior management positions by company executives with exceptional contributions has now been finalized.

The office also takes action in Athens. It rents a space in the historic center of Athens and now operates mainly there.

New ideas, new vision, new people, and AR.GO.TECNICA takes on a new shape. The first technical office is established by Arida Athanasios in Palaio Faliro.
