In non-disturbing industrial-craft areas, only:

  1. Low and medium nuisance industrial facilities
  2. Low and medium nuisance industrial facilities
  3. Low and medium noise professional workshops
  4. Buildings, storage yards
  5. Buildings, parking lots
  6. Gas stations, LPG stations
  7. Residence for security personnel
  8. Offices
  9. Restaurants
  10. Refreshment stands
  11. Public gathering places
  12. Social welfare buildings
  13. Sports facilities
  14. Trade fair facilities
  15. Public transport facilities

Uses numbered 9 to 15 are permitted only on condition that they form part of industrial or craft facilities or serve the needs of the employees working there.
