The changes for the areas of purely residential use

The changes proposed by the draft presidential decree for purely residential areas are limited in scope. It creates a new category called “exclusive residential area” (which is somewhat stricter than the current purely residential areas), in which only housing, education, social welfare facilities of local importance, small sports facilities, religious sites, local administrative facilities, municipal markets (this specific use seems to “fit” Paleo Psychiko), and recycling corners and mobile phone antenna installations, which are common in all areas.
In purely residential areas, it will be possible to locate bakeries, parking buildings, water supply/desalination facilities, urban farms, and psychosocial rehabilitation units. Hotel accommodation increases to 30 beds from 20 today, while a restriction (200 sq.m.) is placed on cultural facilities.
