CITY ENGINEERING is responsible for overseeing scheduled work and issuing an electronic certificate under Article 30 of Law 4495/2017, provided that the requirements are met.

- Replacement of window and door frames within the same opening.
- Maintenance and repair of installations.
- Exterior painting and plaster repairs without scaffolding.
Each case is evaluated based on the property, the scope of the work, and any specific restrictions in the area.

✅ Preparing the application package and submitting it electronically via e-Permits, provided the requirements are met.
