Required documents and supporting evidence

The owner of the property (owner/co-owner) is responsible for submitting (in person or by mail to the relevant urban planning department or KEP): (ultimately, the entire process will be carried out electronically by the engineers’ offices, and the relevant circular and trial implementation are expected this week)

A. INFORMATION ABOUT THE SUBJECT AREA

The following are received by the competent Urban Planning Department, provided that they are not available and provided that the construction has been carried out with a building permit, and are completed as builder by the engineer.

  • Building Permit Executive.
  • Topographical diagram of the plot.
  • Floor plan of the space.
  • Photos from all angles.
  • Aerial photographs or public documents confirming the time of completion of construction/installation of the use.
  • Sections on a scale of 1:100.
  • Excerpt from the street plan and topographical diagram in the EGSA 87 coordinate system.

For buildings without a permit

  • Excerpt street plan design and topographic diagram in coordinate system EGSA 87. (within the plan) the Excerpt map and a13> topographic diagram in system coordinates EGSA 87 (outside the plan)
  • Floor plan of the space.
  • Photos from all angles.
  • Aerial photographs or public documents confirming the time of completion of construction/installation of the use.
  • Sections on a scale of 1:100.

B. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  • Application owner
  • Owner’s Affidavit (in duplicate)
  • E9 (The most recent).

C. OTHER SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

  • Engineer’s technical report – completed by the engineer, record sheet for unauthorized construction, structural vulnerability inspection report, electromechanical inspection for properties that are NOT residences.
  • Greek government fee for each independent property: – €500 for space <50 m² or up to 100 m² for a primary and sole residence. – €1,000 for space up to 200 sq. m. – €2,000 for space <200 sq. m. to <1,000 sq. m.- €4,000 for space <1,000 sq. m. to <2,000 sq. m. – €6,000 and for space >2,000 sq. m.
