In circulation the application ”Energy Saving II – B’ cycle”
The announcement of the second cycle of the “Home Energy Saving II” program, which will be implemented within the framework of the NSRF 2014-2020, was published in the Government Gazette.

The online platform exoikonomisi. ypen.gr for submitting applications—in accordance with the Government Gazette—will open per region, until the maximum budget is covered:
- From July 15: Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, Central Macedonia, Epirus, Thessaly, Western Greece.
- From July 18: Western Macedonia, Ionian Islands, Central Greece, Peloponnese, North Aegean, Crete.
- From July 22: Attica, South Aegean.
The interest of citizens is expected to increase, since the upper limit in the 7th income category of beneficiaries is being abolished and, in order for the declared construction or use to be covered by the law on the regularization of unauthorized constructions, at least 30% of the total single special fine must be paid.
It begins therefore a race road for the engineers for the conduct of the first energy inspection and the collection of the required supporting documents.
The Energy Saving II solution – Second cycle
To help you prepare in time, on Monday, July 1, 2019the new application Energy Saving II – Cycle II will be released, which fully implements Ministerial Decision No. YPEN/ESPAEN/57409/458 (Government Gazette 2583/27-06-19).
The Energy Saving II – Cycle II helps you to accurately and completely fill out the intervention forms (Appendix III and then Appendix VI), in accordance with the recommendations of the energy inspector.
With Energy Saving II – Cycle II, you can create a comprehensive technical proposal from an extensive library of interventions, separately for each intervention subcategory (Windows, Thermal Insulation, Heating/Cooling System, DHW System), with many automations and controls in terms of the eligible spending limit.
An important innovation of the application is the ability to enter shell data (walls, ceilings, frames, etc.) and automatically calculate the energy savings percentage from the inspection files in .xml format from TEE KENAK 1.31! This way, you achieve complete consistency between the energy inspection, the relevant intervention article, and the budget submitted in the proposal! The U and g values in the intervention description are also automatically updated as appropriate.
Finally, the application automatically generates all the forms and necessary declarations in Annex I of the guide that are not completed electronically, but their compilation and submission to the system is the responsibility of the beneficiary.
