“Home energy saving” is “waking up”: competition for the help desk service of the program

The “Home Energy Saving” program appears to be coming to life, with the call for applications published by the National Fund for Entrepreneurship and Development S.A. (ETEAN S.A.), the fund that manages this program.

In accordance therefore with the invitation, ETEAN S.A. invites those interested to submit bids for the project: Provision of services HELP DESK of the Program Energy Saving at home.

In summary, the Project consists of the candidate Contractor understanding all the required actions and providing the necessary accompanying services to ensure the successful management of incoming telephone calls regarding the Save at Home Program, and providing ETEAN SA with informative statistical reports on the services provided.

Candidate Contractors for the Project must, as a minimum requirement:

have the necessary experience in this field, as demonstrated by the execution of similar projects, which shall be submitted with relevant documents in their bid file, include in their bid the costing for each of the actions they will implement.

The contractor must carry out the necessary work required to launch the Inbound Call Support project within ten (10) working days of signing the contract.
