A FEW WORDS ABOUT ICE CREAM PARLOR LICENSES
Ice cream shops are stores that sell only all kinds of ice cream, packaged or bulk, that’s made in legit factories or labs, or with machines in the store that make and serve ice cream right there.
Comments:
The paper used to wrap ice cream shall be waxed, unused, and completely clean. Ice cream shall be stored for a period of 3-4 months at a temperature of at least -25°C. The refrigerators (freezers) used for storing and selling ice cream shall have a freezing temperature of at least -10°C and shall be located inside the sales outlet at a distance of at least 1 m from the entrance.
It is prohibited to place refrigerators for storing any type of ice cream (bulk or packaged) at the entrance of stores selling them or outside them on the sidewalk, etc., with the exception of kiosks for the disabled, to which paragraph 5 of Article 47 of this document applies.
The special ice cream scoops and dispensers will be placed immediately after each use in a covered, transparent container, which will contain clean drinking water, which will be renewed every hour.
The difference with the well-known main procedure for licensing establishments of public health interest is that fewer supporting documents are required, and the main difference is that establishments in these categories first obtain a license and are then inspected. Therefore, the procedure followed in each municipality is the Notification of Operation of a Health-Related Establishment (as the operating license for these establishments will be referred to from now on).
The process is again divided into two stages: pre-approval and submission of a file for Notification of Operation of a Health Services Establishment, except that in the second stage, the file consists of sworn statements, no on-site inspection by the health authorities is required, and the notification (license) is granted on the basis of the sworn statements. It should be noted that there will be an inspection, but it will take place after the license has been granted.
