Small-Scale Licenses in Attica – No Delays

The Small-Scale Permit (EEDMK) is required for specific construction works that do not require a full building permit but must be approved by the Town Planning Department through the e-Permits system.

Below are all cases, in detail:

✅ 1. Testing Soil Cutting & Excavations
Required for geotechnical studies or investigation of the subsoil before the issuance of a building permit or in an existing property existing property property.

For specific population groups (people with disabilities, repatriates, etc.) or temporary housing on privately owned land.
✅ 3. Pumping Facilities & Support Structures
In agricultural or irrigation projects approved by the Directorate of Agriculture.

In homes, businesses, or public spaces, with proper electrical installation.
✅ 24. Energy Storage Stations with Accumulators
This refers to photovoltaic systems with batteries or other electricity storage systems.
