Technical Advisor in Real Estate

Expert assessment is the act performed by a specialized engineer-technical consultant, who investigates and thoroughly examines a case that presents problematic characteristics. After studying the data, he or she drafts a report with conclusions and recommendations for interpretation or solutions.

To complete the expert assessment, the competent and authorized engineer conducts an autopsy, collects data and information from parties involved in the case, prepares studies, conducts market research, strength tests, load tests, measurements, impressions, and anything else deemed important in the investigation of the case.

The Expert Witness constitutes the cornerstone of the investigation, verification, checking data and finally, reporting, related to technical issues that arise in a case.
