AIM OF THE SIGNIFICANCE STUDY
Proper signage/signs are intended to prevent workplace accidents and ensure proper and smooth operation in the workplace. It is important that this be accompanied by all necessary preventive measures taken by the employer for occupational health and safety.
- The experienced and trusted researchers at CITY ENGINEERING will collect from you the floor plans of the spaces where the Study will be conducted.
- They will then visit your premises and record the existing and proposed signage on the floor plans at all points where it is deemed necessary.
- They will proceed with the electronic recording and creation of the Study issue per space.
Upon completion of the process, you will receive from us the complete Study File, which includes floor plans with all recorded and recommended safety signs.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION & ESCAPE PLAN
In the event of natural and other disasters such as earthquakes or fires, the Escape and Rescue Plan can and will most likely be lifesaving for the safety and health of those who are in your building or facility at that time.
Includes:
- emergency exits and escape routes,
- fire protection equipment such as fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, etc.
- the emergency alarm buttons, where these exist
- first aid stations
- the meeting point, etc.
CITY ENGINEERING researchers will inform you of the appropriate locations for posting the Plan inside and outside your facility, as it is mandatory to inform your employees and visitors.
