What is required for the licensing of a canteen (mobile)?

In order to obtain a license, among other things, a certificate of suitability must be issued by the Health Service, for which the interested party must submit an application stating the following:

• Vehicle classification (trailer or motor vehicle, chassis number, etc.).
• Floor plan of the mobile canteen – triple flow chart.
• The products (specifically food, beverages, or other items) that they wish to offer.
• The method of water supply (water tank, description of or connection to the network, etc.).
• The method of waste disposal (septic tank, description thereof, or connection to the network, etc.).
• The method of electrification (generator, connection to the grid, description, etc.).
• Where and how it operates.
