Answer:
1. The loft has free clear height proportional to its use by. That is 2.65 meters for space main use and 2.20 meters for space auxiliary use.
2. Circular staircases are clearly permitted under the specifications of Article 13 of the building code. The clear width must be 0.60 m when it is an internal staircase in a single dwelling. The minimum clear height of the staircase is also specified: Minimum clear height 2.20 meters.
