Notification of the operation and use of swimming pools operating within tourist accommodation.

1. Swimming pools operating within tourist accommodation facilities are subject to the notification regime of Article 6.
The notification shall be submitted exclusively electronically, through the Integrated Information System for the Exercise of Activities and Controls (OPS – ADE) of Article 14.
2. Until the activation of OPS-ADE for the section that concerns the notification of swimming pools , the notification is submitted to the competent tourism service , or to any Citizen Service Center (KEP) which operates as a Single
Service Center (EKE).
These services are required to the notify without delay the competent auditing authorities.
3. Where in the current legislation there is reference to “operating license for swimming pools,” hereinafter means the notification.
4. The supporting documents that are required under the current legislation for the the operation of swimming pools are not submitted to the competent authority, but are kept at the facilities where they operate.
5. By joint decision of the Ministers of Economy and Development and Tourism, the content and procedure of the notification, the manner of notification of the information in the event of imminent change, the authorities to which the notification is communicated in order to exercise their control powers, the scale of penalties imposed within the limits of paragraph 1 of Article 15, the procedure for their imposition and any other matter relating to the notification, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6. Article 46 Swimming pools The following are repealed: Paragraph 7 of Article 3 and paragraph 7 of Article 4
of Law 4276/2014.
b) Paragraphs 3 and 3.1 of Article 5 of Decision No.
27715/9.12.2013 of the Minister.
