Fire protection measures and equipment for offices
THE DEPUTY MINISTER OF THE INTERIOR AND ADMINISTRATIVE RECONSTRUCTION

Taking into account:

1. The provisions:

Article 14 of Law 3511/2006 “Reorganization of the Fire Department, upgrading of its mission and other provisions” (A’ 258), as amended and supplemented by article 100 of Law 4249/2014 “Reorganization of the Greek Police, the Fire Department and the General Secretariat of Civil Protection, upgrading of Services of the Ministry of Public Order and Citizen Protection and regulation of other matters within the competence of the Ministry of Public Order and Citizen Protection and other provisions” (A’ 73).
Articles 90 and 91 of Law 4249/2014 “Reorganization of the Hellenic Police, the Fire Brigade, and the General Secretariat for Civil Protection, upgrading of the Services of the Ministry of Public Order and Citizen Protection and regulation of other matters falling within the competence of the Ministry of Public Order and Citizen Protection and other provisions” (A’ 73).
Article 90 of the “Code of Legislation for the Government and Government Bodies,” ratified by Article 1 of Presidential Decree 63/2005 (A’ 98).

2. The fact that there is a need to define fire protection measures and means in existing offices in order to adapt them to modern technological standards.

3. Given that the provisions herein do not incur any expense to the state budget, we hereby decide:

We specify the minimum preventive and repressive measures and fire protection means in offices and their auxiliary areas, with the aim of preventing and averting the occurrence and spread of fires and accidents, as well as the rescue of persons and material goods located therein, as follows.
