Maximum number of buildings you can construct on a plot outside the plan

Article 3, Amendment of Article 87 of the Basic Urban Planning Legislation Code (Article 7 of Presidential Decree 24.4−3.5.1985) Paragraph 8 of Article 87 of the Basic Urban Planning Legislation Code [Article 7(8) of Presidential Decree of 24.4−3.5.1985, as replaced by paragraph 4e of Article 1 of Presidential Decree of 14. 2/23.2.1987 (D’133) and renumbered by paragraph 4b of Article 1 of Presidential Decree (D’293) of 25.4/16.5.1989], is replaced as follows:
“8. For buildings with a volume exceeding 2,000 cubic meters above the final ground level (natural or modified), this volume must be divided into smaller volumes or independent buildings, even if it is a functionally unified structure.
Smaller volumes or independent buildings are not allowed to repeat the exact same form, volume, and typology, and the minimum distance between them is 2Δ, i.e., 5 m.
Furthermore, not all building volumes are allowed to adjoin the boundaries of the site.
For buildings where the length of the facade of the first building facing the street exceeds 15 m, an accessible ground floor passageway (internal arcade) may be created, with a minimum width Δ towards the uncovered space through the building, the surface area of which is not counted in the permitted coverage ratio and building coefficient.
If, for operational reasons relating to the building, it is not possible to apply the above provisions, the relevant Urban Planning and Architectural Control Committee shall decide on the design of the building.
