DECISION
Increase in building height based on paragraph 8 and the last sentence of paragraph 1 of Article 15 of Law 4067/12, as currently in force, regardless of how the maximum permitted height is determined in areas where there are no specific reasons for protection, due to different interpretations of the law. a2>permitted height in these areas, in areas where there are no specific reasons for protection, due to different interpretations by the competent authorities, in accordance with Article 28,
