In purely residential areas, only the following are permitted:
1. Residential buildings.
2. Small guesthouses (around 20 beds)
3. Shops serving the daily needs of local residents (grocery stores, pharmacies, stationery shops, etc.)
4. Social welfare buildings
5. Primary and secondary education buildings.
6. Sports facilities.
7. Religious sites.
8. Cultural buildings (and cultural facilities in general)
