A ramp leading down to the underground parking area is being built on the ground floor in an enclosed space. Will this be included in the building’s floor area?

The provisions of Article 11 of the N.O.K. do not allow for the deduction of enclosed ground floor space from the building coefficient, and this space must be taken into account. Unless specific building conditions are specified in accordance with Article 6 of the N.O.K. or Law 3028/2002.
