If approvals from other bodies or collective bodies are required, the file shall be updated with the above approvals. These approvals may come from the Architecture Council, the Archaeology Department, the Forestry Department, and other bodies, as appropriate.
In which cases can an electronic certificate be issued by the engineer?
in legally existing buildings, in buildings or parts of buildings that have been exempted from demolition or are subject to any law exempting them from demolition in regular unauthorized buildings on plots of land or fields, provided that urban planning regulations are not violated on plots of land, fields, or buildings that are not located in a forest, stream, foreshore, or beach, in a designated archaeological site where construction is prohibited, in an area of absolute protection, in an approved public space in the city or settlement, in buildings that are structurally unsafe, before the danger is removed, in a part of a building that was constructed after the establishment of a sidewalk arcade and falls within it, despite the limit of international, national, provincial, municipal, or community roads within a zone fifty percent (50%) of the width specified by the legislation on the safety of interurban transport. In buildings subject to demolition, only work permitted by law is allowed.

m) construction of pergolas with or without temporary awnings covering an area up to fifty (50) square meters, in uncovered areas, front gardens and terraces on the ground floor, provided that it is not prohibited by specific provisions that apply in the area,
n) structures, such as stairs, sloping surfaces (ramps), supports and benches in uncovered areas of plots and fields,
o) installation of temporary awnings, blinds, canopies and tents,
p) flooring of uncovered areas, provided that this does not exceed 1/3 of the uncovered area,
