What is changing at the last minute in the bill on the foreshore?

Amendments to the bill of the Ministry of Finance, with the withdrawal of specific provisions that among others concerning the arbitrary on the coastline.
This bill is being voted on today, and the technical improvements were announced in Parliament by Deputy Minister of Finance Katerina Papanatsiou.
In particular, the provision stipulating that “may be exempted from demolition, by way of derogation from any general or specific provision, by decision of the Minister of Finance, projects constructed after July 28, 2011, if they concern projects and activities serving national defense and security purposes, projects of national importance, public utility network infrastructure projects, including renewable energy projects.”
At the same time, references to “exemption from demolition” were deleted, while there is a new change whereby the phrase “licensing” is replaced by the phrase “concession of use or exemption from demolition.” It should be noted that specific objections to provisions – concerning arbitrary actions – were also raised in the report of the scientific service of the Parliament.
