Decision to extend the settlement of unauthorized buildings published in the Government Gazette

The Government Gazette was published, including the monthly extension of Law 4178/2013 on unauthorized construction.

Specifically, as presented by B2Green.gr, the following is stated in Government Gazette B 1544 – 04.05.2017:

Article 1

The deadline for compliance with the provisions of Law 4178/2013 “Addressing Arbitrary Construction, Environmental Balance, and Other Provisions” (A’/174), for categories 1, 2, 4, and 5 of Article 9 of Law 4178/2013, is extended for one (1) month from the expiry of the deadline provided for in Article 28 of Law 4178/2013, as amended and in force, i.e. it expires on 8-6-2017, after a total of forty-six (46) months from the publication of Law 4178/2013.

Article 2

This law shall enter into force upon its publication in the Government Gazette.
This decision shall be published in the Government Gazette.
