Commencement of operation of the Public Service for the notification of activities under Law 4442/2016

Decision No. Φ15/οικ.62588/754/2-6-2017 was issued concerning the launch, on 6/6/2017, of an information system for the electronic submission of notifications of activities under Law 4412/2016 (Government Gazette 127/A/2017) by persons who are required to submit notifications to the competent authorities. 4442/2016.

In the decision, among other things, it is stated that with regard to the implementation of the Ministerial Decisions of 2010 and 2011 the implementation of the Ministerial Decisions of 2010 and 2011 the implementation of the Ministerial Decisions of 2010 and 2011 the the implementation of the Ministerial Decisions for the exercise of financial activities with the procedure of notification, namely:

i. Food and Beverage Processing Companies (Ministerial Decision 1061/B/28-3-2017)

ii. Establishments of Public Health Interest, including those operating within tourist accommodation (Joint Ministerial Decision, Government Gazette 1723/B/18-5-2017)

iii. Tourist Accommodation and Swimming Pools operating within them (Joint Ministerial Decision 1750/B/19-5-2017 and Joint Ministerial Decision 1654/B/15-5-2017), pursuant to Law 4442/2016 (A’ 230), we hereby inform you that prior to the commencement of operation of the facility, a notification must be submitted by the economic operator, provided that the legal operating requirements are met and all necessary approvals and supporting documents have been obtained.

The entity carrying out an economic activity does not submit any documents to the administration, but is required to keep a file at the company’s headquarters containing all the supporting documents required for the operation of the economic activity (e.g., individual licenses, approvals, certificates, certificates, etc.).
