A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE NOTIFICATION OF WINE SHOP OPERATIONS

Procedure for submitting a notification of operation via the (OPS – ADE):

Following the implementation of the integrated Information System for Business Activities and Controls (OPS – ADE), notifications are submitted exclusively electronically via the website https://notifybusiness.gov.gr.

Before submitting the notification, the interested party must ensure that the store can be established at the specific location. To this end, a request is made to the Municipal Community for the issuance of a relevant certificate, signed by the Head of Administration & Decentralization, stating that the specific activity can be established at the specific location.

1. Before the facility begins operating, a notification must be submitted by the economic operator, provided that the legal operating requirements are met and all necessary approvals and supporting documents have been obtained.

2. The entity carrying out an economic activity does not submit any documents to the administration, but is required to keep a file at the company’s headquarters with all the supporting documents required for the operation of the economic activity (e.g., individual licenses, approvals, certificates, certificates, etc.).

3. In the event that, for any reason, the details of the activity that have been disclosed change, the economic operator is required to give prior notice of the intended change.

PROCEDURE: The entity that wishes to submit notification of the commencement of operations of its activity its, register in the system using the codes that uses for the entry into the system of the General Secretariat of Information Systems (TaxisNet). The notification that is submitted to the system has a unique number that is generated by the system. The file with the unique number holds the position proof of submission of the notification.

The fields selected for inclusion in the notification are those deemed necessary in order to assess the riskiness of an activity and facilitate the supervisory work of the competent authorities. For this reason, all fields are mandatory.
