A FEW WORDS ABOUT FISH MARKET OPERATING NOTIFICATIONS
A. For the issuance Certificate of establishment of a store of public health interest the procedure is as follows :
- To obtain a certificate, the interested party must submit an application for a certificate for the establishment of a health-related business to the competent local municipal authority.
- The certificate is issued by the Municipal Community within fifteen (15) days of the submission of the application with the required supporting documents. If the above deadline passes without action, the certificate is considered to have been issued tacitly. The interested party may submit a request to the Municipal Community for the issuance of the relevant certificate.
The above deadline shall be suspended in the event that a hearing is requested by the services of the Ministry of the Environment, the Ministry of Culture and other competent services.
- After the certificate has been issued, the interested party must submit a notification of Establishment of Public Health Interest to the Municipal Revenue Department within five (5) months. If the above period expires, the CERTIFICATE OF ESTABLISHMENT OF A BUSINESS OF HEALTH INTEREST shall be automatically revoked.
B. Procedure for submitting a notification of operation via the (OPS – ADE)
Following the implementation of the integrated Information System for Business Activities and Controls (OPS-ADE), the notification is submitted exclusively electronically via the website https://notifybusiness.gov.gr.
Before submitting the notification, the interested party must ensure that the store can be established at the specific location. To this end, a request is made to the Municipal Community for the issuance of a relevant certificate, signed by the Head of Administration and Decentralization, stating that the specific activity can be established at the specific location.
PROCEDURE: The entity that wishes to submit notification of the commencement of operations of its activity its, register in the system using the codes that uses for the entry into the system of the General Secretariat of Information Systems (TaxisNet). The notification that is submitted to the system has a unique number that is generated by the system. The file with the unique number holds the position proof of submission of the notification.
The fields selected for inclusion in the notification are those deemed necessary in order to assess the riskiness of an activity and facilitate the supervisory work of the competent authorities. For this reason, all fields are mandatory.
