By Decision No. 49731/2010 of the Minister of the Environment, Energy and Climate Change (Government Gazette 498 AAP/ 23.11.2010), amending Article 25 of the Building Regulations (Government Gazette 380/Δ/1997), the preparation of Electromechanical Studies is mandatory in the context of issuing a building permit for all new and radically renovated buildings over 50 sq.m.
