INDUSTRIAL FLOORING

Industrial flooring is highly durable flooring that covers a wide range of industrial applications. It is an ideal choice for areas with heavy traffic, where special flooring with high pressure resistance is required.
The advantages include long service life, ease of maintenance and cleaning, low cost and short construction time, as well as their anti-slip properties. Industrial flooring has replaced the old methods of covering floors with reinforced concrete.

Application process

• Cleaning the surface and installing structural mesh
• Concrete screed – slopes with polypropylene fiber reinforcement
• Leveling and smoothing of concrete slopes
• Spraying hardening materials on concrete
• Surface grinding with special grinders (helicoptering)
• Addition of resin
• Sanding the surface until it is completely smooth
• Cutting joints contraction / expansion
• Sealing joints with special waterproofing material

Stamped Flooring

Stamped floors are highly durable exterior decorative floors that offer significant advantages in a wide range of applications. Their main advantage is that they are not affected by weather conditions, as their material is non-absorbent and therefore does not stain easily. At the same time, stamped floors have anti-slip properties and high resistance to adverse conditions. They are not affected by daily friction and pressure, and are specially designed to withstand heavy loads. The installation process is particularly simple and they can be manufactured in a wide variety of colors and designs. An ideal choice for outdoor paving with high demands and stress.

Application process

• We cover the surface that we want to cover with and we place metal mesh T92

• We apply gradually layers HARDSTONE and spatula the surface with special spatulas until until it is completely colored the surface
• We apply a layer of STONART dichromatic non-stick powder.
• Then we place the stamps on the surface, creating a puzzle-like pattern, tap the stamps with a mallet, remove them and reposition them, continuing the process until we have completed stamping the entire desired surface.
• Rinse with water and, once the surface is dry, varnish with SEALFLOOR 100.
