City Engineering undertook the legalisation of unauthorised constructions and the full urban planning and technical compliance of a coastal health-related store in Anavyssos.
The project included a detailed technical inspection, recording of the existing situation, and preparation of a compliance file, with the aim of resolving outstanding urban planning issues and complying with an imposed fine totaling €240,000.
