City Engineering prepared and submitted the complete file for the issuance of a building permit for a new building in the Gazios area, on behalf of ALMA GROUP – BAR ZIRDOCK.
The project involves the development of a building with a total area of 1,100 sq.m., to be used as apartments for rent, as part of an urban property investment project.
Estimated construction budget: ~ €2,000,000
