Real estate tax certificates (TAP)

A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE CONFIRMATIONS OF OUR OFFICE

We undertake the processing of TAP certificates for each case and for each municipality in the Attica region. The supporting documents for each case are as follows:

DOCUMENTATION PER CASE

CONFIRMATION TAP FOR NOT ELECTRICALLY CONNECTED PROPERTY
1. Number of supply for to be issued by the service us the certificate of discontinuation of the electricity supply or certificate of discontinuation of the electricity supply from the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO)
2. Contract of ownership
3. Engineer’s certificate (Law 4495/2017) stating that the construction and use of the building comply with the building permit and that no unauthorized constructions have been carried out or unauthorized uses have been installed.

4. Authorization if there are co-owners and a charge arises
5. Authorization if the application is submitted by a third person

CERTIFICATE OF ELECTRICITY FOR ELECTRICITY-SUPPLIED PROPERTY
1. Latest paid electricity bill or utility bill
2. Property ownership contract
3. Engineer’s certificate (Law 4495/2017) that the construction and use of the building comply with the building permit and that no unauthorized constructions have been carried out nor unauthorized uses installed. If there are unauthorized constructions, the square meters of the unauthorized constructions that have been regularized. Authorization if there are co-owners and a charge arises. Authorization if the application is submitted by a third party. Receipt of TAP certificate within 5 working days.

STATEMENT FOR KENO & NOT ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE PROPERTY
1. Supply number to be issued by our service for the electricity supply interruption certificate or electricity supply interruption certificate from HEDNO
2. Affidavits for unpowered property in duplicate
3. Property ownership contract
4. If the square footage is not stated in the contract, an engineer’s certificate stating the square footage of the property
5. Settlements, if applicable
6. Authorization if there are co-owners and a charge arises
7. Authorization if the application is submitted by a third party

DECLARATION FOR NON-ELECTRIFIED PROPERTY IN USE
1. Supply number for our service to issue the electricity disconnection certificate or certificate of disconnection
of electricity supply from DEDDIE
2. Affidavit for non-electrified property in duplicate
3. Ownership contract
4. If the square footage is not stated in the contract, an engineer’s certificate stating the square footage of the property
5. Any outstanding payments
6. Affidavit of use of the property with the tenant’s full details, residential address, ID number, tax identification number,
TWO, period of use, and address for delivery of the corresponding DT charges.
7. Authorization if the application is submitted by a third part
Upon termination of the lease, our service must be notified.

NEWS PROVISION OF COMMON USE
1. Certificate of electrician (photocopy) which will indicate the number of the supply which has already been will you have been issued by DEDIE
2. Certificate engineer with the sq.m of common areas of the property or table of millimeters with the sq. m. of the common use areas
3. Building permit
4. Responsible statement assumption of liability, if it arises

NEW PROVISION OF PROPERTY
1. An electrician’s certificate stating the supply number already assigned to you by HEDNO
2. Ownership contract
3. If the square meters are not stated in the contract, an engineer’s certificate stating the square meters of the property to be electrified or a table of millimeters stating them
4. Building permit
5. Electronic lease, if there is a lease
6. Photocopy of the PPC bill for common areas of the property, if deemed necessary by the service. If there is no provision for common areas, an engineer’s certificate stating the square footage of the common areas or a table of millimeters
7. Authorization if there are co-owners and a charge arises
8. Authorization if the application is submitted by a third person

CHECK OR CORRECTION T.M
1. Latest electricity bill or utility bill
2. Property ownership contract
3. If the square footage is not stated in the contract, an engineer’s certificate stating the square footage of the property
4. Any necessary adjustments, e.g. Law 4178/2013, 4495/2017
5. Building permit
6. Photocopy of electricity bill for the common areas of the property
7. Electronic lease agreement, if applicable

RECONNECTION OF CURRENT
1. If the property has not been declared as unelectrified, the supply number so that our service can issue a certificate of disconnection of electricity supply or a certificate of disconnection of electricity supply from the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO).
2. If the property has been declared as not connected to the electricity supply to our service, a copy of the responsible declaration for a property not connected to the electricity supply that has been submitted at an earlier date
3. Ownership contract
4. If the square meters are not stated in the contract, an engineer’s certificate stating the square meters of the property
5. Any necessary adjustments
6. Electronic lease, if already rented, and physical presence of the tenant to sign the consumer’s responsible statement in person
7. Electrician’s certificate (photocopy) in exceptional cases
8. Photocopy of the property’s common area utility bill or the utility supply number for the property’s common areas if an inspection by the service is required
9. Authorization if the application is submitted by a third person

CHANGE OF USE TO ACTIVE SUPPLY
1. Last bill DEI or provider
2. Contract of ownership
3. In case that not listed square meters and certification by an engineer with the square meters of the property
4. Settlement, if there is a change of use through it
5. Lease electronic, if it uses or will it use tenant the property
6. Photocopy from account of common expenses of the property or the number of supply of the common areas if deemed by the service
7. Authorization if submitted the application by a third party

RECONNECTION & CHANGE OF USE
1. If the property has not been declared as unelectrified, the supply number for our service to issue the electricity disconnection certificate or the electricity disconnection certificate from HEDNO
2. If the property has been declared as not connected to the electricity supply to our service, a copy of the responsible declaration for a property not connected to the electricity supply that has been submitted at an earlier date
3. Ownership contract
4. If the square footage is not stated in the contract, an engineer’s certificate stating the square footage of the property
5. Regularization, if there is a change of use through this
6. Electronic lease, if the tenant uses or will use the property and the tenant is physically present
7. Photocopy of the property’s utility bill or the utility supply number if deemed necessary by the service
8. Authorization if the application is submitted by a third person
