A FEW WORDS ABOUT REAL ESTATE IMPRESSIONS
The architecture representation of space consists of a series of new designs which are usually floor plans and cross-sections.
The complete set of architectural drawings for a space consists of a floor plan, section, elevation, and perspective.
A property survey is useful when there are no plans in the building permit file. If there are plans, or if the square footage in the building permit does not match that described in the contract and the accompanying floor plan.
In general, architectural drawings of a property can be used for any legal purpose, and it is very important to have a recently updated set of drawings for our real estate.
The drawings are delivered signed by an engineer, on a scale of 1/50, in printed and electronic form (USB).
In particular, the following will be indicated on the floor plans:
- The names of the main and auxiliary areas.
- The complete external and internal dimensions of the building and the other elements.
- The positions and operation of the frames with their full dimensions.
- The direction of the stairs and the number of steps.
- The locations of sanitary ware, sinks, kitchen appliances, etc.
- The dimensions and positions of the gutters for the roof plan.
- Calculating the area of the building.
