Certificate of Space Main Use by Private Individual Engineer

A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE CATEGORIES OF CERTIFICATES FOR MAIN USE COUNTRIES

For the certificates of space main use the following documents are required:

1. Application
2. Building Permit Property (certified by the relevant Urban Planning Office)
3. Approved Topographical Diagram Building Permit
4. Approved architectural plans for building permits
5. Approved Building Permit Section

ATTENTION

• In cases of change of use, a Building Permit is required.
• In cases where structural changes have been made (e.g., interior alterations, addition of a toilet, etc.), a Small-Scale Works Approval or Building Permit must be issued first.

CONFIRMATION OF COUNTRIES REGULATED BY LAW 3843/10

For premises regulated by Law 3843/10, in accordance with paragraph 11 of Circular 8 of Law 3843/10, a certificate is issued stating that the premises or parts thereof are subject to the provisions of Law 3843/10, which serves as a certificate of primary use (paragraph 2, Circular 19, Law 3843/10).

CERTIFICATION OF AREAS REGULATED BY LAWS 4014/11, 4178/13, AND 4495/17
For premises that have been regulated by the above laws, a certificate is issued stating that the premises or parts thereof are subject to the provisions of the relevant law, which serves as a certificate of primary use. The relevant procedure must have been completed.
