on the building envelope and technical systems exceeds 25% of the current value of the property, based on the minimum construction cost (excluding the value of the intervention.<\/p>\n<p>The main tasks include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interior remodeling: layout changes, demolition\/construction of walls (with structural stability checks)<\/li>\n<li>Static reinforcement of load-bearing structures, where required<\/li>\n<li>Bathroom and kitchen renovation: new plumbing, tile installation, new furniture and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Floor replacement<\/li>\n<li>Repair and
