Here are some INTERESTING EXAMPLES OF PARKING SPACE CALCULATIONS.<\/p>\n

Variations in conditions: parking space required, parking space not required from 0 to 100 m2<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. E < 20 m2<\/strong>
\nWe have a new use: 19.9 \/40 = 0.4975 < 0.5, therefore 0 positions
\nOld use: 19.9\/60 = 0.34 < 0.5, therefore 0 spaces
\nTherefore, for E < 20 m2, no parking space is required.<\/p>\n

2. E < 30 m2<\/strong>
\nWe have new usage: 29.5\/40 = 0.74 so 1 position
\nOld use: 29.5\/60 < 0.5 so 0 positions
\nTherefore for E < 30 m2 and E > 20 m2 required space parking.<\/p>\n

3. E > 30 m2<\/strong>
\nWe have new usage: 30\/40 = 0.75 = 1 position
\nOld use: 30\/60 = 0.50 = 1 position
\nTherefore for E > 30m2 and E < 59.99 m2 no required parking space.<\/p>\n

4. E >= 60 m2 and E < 90 m2<\/strong>
\nWe have new use: 60\/40 = 1.5 = 2 positions
\nOld use: 60\/60 = 1 position<\/p>\n

5. E >= 90 m2 and E < 99.99 m2<\/strong>
\nWe have new usage: 90\/40 = 2.25 = 2 positions
\nOld use: 90\/60 = 1.50 = 2 positions
\nTherefore for E > = 90 m2 and E < 99.99 m2 no parking space is required.<\/p>\n

6. E => 100 m2<\/strong>
\nWe have a new use: 100\/40 = 2.50 = 3 positions
\nOld use: 100\/60 = 1.67 = 2 positions
