OUTSIDE THE PLAN AND OUTSIDE SETTLEMENTS (ND-439\/70: (Government Gazette 36\/A\/13-2-70) <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In coastal areas:<\/p>\n<p>except for areas covered by an approved street plan or settlements existing prior to 1923 and except for areas subject to special building regulations, the building shall be located at a distance of at least thirty (30) meters from the boundary of the foreshore as defined by the provisions in force.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B. WITHIN SETTLEMENTS EXISTING BEFORE 1923 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Article 8, par.5, par.6, par.7, par.8 and par.9 PD-2\/13-3-81 (Government Gazette 138D) &#8220;Settlements before 1923 outside the plan. Demarcation &#8211; building conditions&#8221;, Article 2, par.2 PD-19\/28-8-81).<\/p>\n<p>ARTICLE 8. In the case of coastal settlements, the building shall be located at a distance of ten five (15) meters at least, from the according to the a17&gt; text provisions specifying line seashore (winter wave). <\/p>\n<p><strong>C. OUTSIDE THE PLAN AND WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SETTLEMENTS IN THE COUNTRY WITH UP TO 2,000 RESIDENTS.  <\/strong>PD\/24-4-85 (Government Gazette-181\/D\/3-5-85). Article 6, par.  4.
