Macedonia of the Decentralized Administration of Macedonia \u2013 Thrace<br \/>\nb) The No. 230\/ 2-2-2017 document of the YDOM of the Municipality of Alexandroupolis<br \/>\nc) The No. 1484\/29-6-2016 document of the DIPEXOSCH of the a30&gt; Decentralized Administration of Crete<br \/>\nd) The No. Oik. 1233\/30-3-2016 document of the Directorate of Technical Services of the Municipality of Rethymno       <\/p>\n<p>Following the above relevant documents, we would like to inform you that, in order to divide an apartment into two, a building permit is required under paragraph 1 of Article 4 of Law 4067\/12, as currently in force, given that in this case work is being carried out (addition of electrical and plumbing installations) that do not fall under paragraphs 2 and 3 of the same article, and the building plan is also amended with regard to the required parking spaces.  <\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that the above floor partitioning works are not included in the interior alterations referred to in paragraph 2(i) of Article 4 of Law 4067\/12, for which small-scale works approval is required and which concern works on a horizontal property.
