For the remaining cases where there was an obligation to secure parking spaces in accordance with Law 960\/1979, if horizontal property is divided, the spaces required by the applicable legislation must be secured.<\/p>\n<p>We further clarify that, in any case, the work required for the separation of horizontal properties falls under case (i) of paragraph 2 of Article 29 of Law 4495\/17, as applicable.
