This decision was taken following a cross-party request, while the implementation of the law on the new procedure for issuing building permits will also be postponed for three months.<\/p>\n<p>Today, the debate and vote on the principle of the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change&#8217;s bill on the New Building Regulations was completed.
