INFORMATION ABOUT THE SUBJECT AREA <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following are received by the competent Urban Planning Department, provided that they are not available and provided that the construction has been carried out with a building permit, and are completed as builder by the engineer.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building Permit Executive.<\/li>\n<li>Topographical diagram of the plot.<\/li>\n<li>Floor plan of the space.<\/li>\n<li>Photos from all angles.<\/li>\n<li>Aerial photographs or public documents confirming the time of completion of construction\/installation of the use.<\/li>\n<li>Sections on a scale of 1:100.<\/li>\n<li>Excerpt from the street plan and topographical diagram in the EGSA 87 coordinate system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For buildings without a permit<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excerpt street plan design and topographic diagram in coordinate system EGSA 87. (within the plan) the Excerpt map and a13&gt; topographic diagram in system coordinates EGSA 87 (outside the plan)<\/li>\n<li>Floor plan of the space.<\/li>\n<li>Photos from all angles.<\/li>\n<li>Aerial photographs or public documents confirming the time of completion of construction\/installation of the use.<\/li>\n<li>Sections on a scale of 1:100.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>B. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application owner<\/li>\n<li>Owner&#8217;s Affidavit (in duplicate)<\/li>\n<li>E9 (The most recent).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>C.
