Those who own real estate in these areas are requested to submit a declaration of their real estate to the Cadastral Office of the area where their property is located or electronically via the website www.ktimatologio.gr.<\/p>\n

Also, for those who live in Attica and own property in these areas (except Messinia), the Central Land Registry Office is open at the Olympic Properties in Galatsi (137 Veikou Avenue) is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and every Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

The Greek Land Registry calls on beneficiaries to submit their declarations in a timely manner, otherwise the process will require greater costs and more time to complete.<\/p>\n

The areas (pre-Kapodistrian local authorities) in which the collection of property declarations is being extended and the competent offices are listed in detail below:<\/p>\n
