The minister clarified that, according to the Implementation Guide for the Home Energy Saving Program, eligibility for expenses expires on December 31, 2015. Therefore, given the exhaustion of available resources for the Direct Aid Program (non-repayable aid), there is no possibility of new applications. The requests for inclusion in the Home Energy Saving Program, outside the budget, dated 17\/11\/2015, amount to approximately 35,715, for which \u20ac61.32 million is required to cover loans, subsidized interest and file expenses, and \u20ac297.13 million to cover grants, certification costs, and project consultant fees, under the terms of the current Home Energy Saving Program. During 2015, a total of 527 beneficiaries were included from the release of previously committed funds, which came either from the removal of beneficiaries due to non-completion of projects or from the withdrawal of beneficiaries. <\/p>\n
