By Decision No. 49731\/2010 of the Minister of the Environment, Energy and Climate Change (Government Gazette 498<\/span><\/span> <\/b>AAP\/ 23.11.2010), amending Article 25 of the Building Regulations (Government Gazette 380\/\u0394\/1997), the preparation of <\/span><\/span><\/i>Electromechanical Studies is mandatory in the context of issuing a building permit for all new and radically renovated buildings over 50 sq.m. <\/span><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
