With technologically advanced design solutions, JK<br \/>\n-The architectural study includes a coverage diagram, elevations, floor plans, a technical description of all materials and technologies used, as well as design details where required.<br \/>\n-The design of buildings begins with the architectural study. The architectural design must meet the owner&#8217;s dreams and requirements and comply with the provisions of the General Building Regulations (G.O.K.) and the Building Regulations.<br \/>\n-The architectural study specifies the floor plan, dimensions, and layout of the building&#8217;s interior spaces in order to fulfill the client&#8217;s wishes to the greatest extent possible.<br \/>\n-The appropriate position and orientation of the building within the plot are also determined, and the openings are appropriately designed and positioned according to orientation in order to achieve optimal natural lighting and ventilation.<br \/>\n-With the recent implementation of the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulation, architectural design must also take climatic data into account in order to improve living conditions inside the building and make its operation more environmentally friendly.<br \/>\n-The architectural design must be carried out by individuals with the appropriate knowledge and training.
