A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE NOTIFICATION OF THE OPERATION OF FUNERAL OFFICES

Certificate of primary use signed by an engineer, confirming that the space meets the requirements for primary use in accordance with the Building and Construction Regulations, the Fire Protection Regulations, and the applicable urban planning provisions for the requested use, and describing in detail the legal documents supporting this (e.g. building permit, declaration of unauthorized construction, exemption from demolition, building permit file update, building pre-existing since 1955). The above certificate is accompanied by copies of the legal documents for the space to which it refers (e.g., building permit, declaration of unauthorized construction with the applicable provisions on unauthorized construction, decision of exemption from demolition, certificate of age, etc.) and by three copies of the store’s plans on a scale explicitly stated on the plans, which shall show all the spaces of the K.Y. E, including those provided for by specific provisions of the applicable legal framework (e.g., toilets for persons with disabilities, flow chart where required). In addition, the dimensions, length-width-height-usable space, as well as the purpose of each space and any other outdoor spaces, if they are to be used for the placement of tables and chairs, shall be accurately stated.

Certificate (active) fire protection for the compliance with measures and means of fire protection which are provided for in case in the applicable Firefighting Provisions. (Sought ex officio if not has been submitted by the interested party).
ATTENTION BEFORE OPENING YOUR OFFICE, PLEASE CHECK THE FOLLOWING:
The establishment and operation of funeral homes, coffin shops, or coffin warehouses is not permitted within the following minimum distances: 100 meters from a clinic or health center and 200 meters from a hospital when there is a perimeter fence. 150 meters from a clinic or health center and 300 meters from a hospital when there is no perimeter fence.
