• Restaurant operation notification – Approval of a restaurant operation notification is related to the design/study.
• The study must be carried out before any construction work begins on the site we have chosen.
• The study is judged by the establishment of standards and strict adherence to them.
• If the study is done correctly, then there will be no problem with the operating license.
• Similar licenses and benefits, including the restaurant.
• Restaurant: offers a variety of dishes accompanied by alcoholic beverages, as well as salads, cheeses, fruits, and desserts to make up a complete meal.
• Fish tavern: mainly offers fish and all kinds of other seafood, accompanied or not by drinks, mainly alcoholic, as well as salads, appetizers, and fruit, to make up a complete meal. Occasionally, it may offer grilled meat “of the hour.”
• Grill: whole carcasses or cuts thereof or other meat preparations (cold cuts, burgers, doner kebabs, kokoretsi) or poultry, served with or without drinks, mainly alcoholic, as well as salads, cheeses, and fruit, to constitute a complete meal.
• Skewer: small pieces of meat are cooked on skewers or meat preparations (cold cuts, burgers, doner kebabs, kokoretsi) or poultry, served with or without drinks, mainly alcoholic beverages, as well as salads and fruit, to constitute a complete meal.
• Pizzeria: mainly offers pizzas and other dough-based dishes (peynirli, piroshki, etc.) as well as pasta dishes and burgers, accompanied by alcoholic beverages and/or salads and fruit, to constitute a complete meal. -Snack bar (pubs, beer bars, ouzo bars, fast food): mainly offers alcoholic beverages accompanied by a variety of hot or cold snacks, including grilled meat (kebabs, burgers, steaks, etc.). They may also offer salads, cheese, fruit, ice cream, and occasionally coffee.

The studies required for the issuance of the above permits are as follows:

• Floor plans (originals) of the store premises only, in three (3) copies, SCALE 1:50, drawn up in accordance with Article 7(2) of Health Regulation A1b/8577/83 and certified by the Town Planning Department of the relevant Prefectural Authority or Municipality. The drawings shall certify that the building is legal and that the premises are primarily intended for use as a store. In addition, the dimensions, length-width-height-usable space, as well as the purpose of each space, shall be accurately stated. If space is required for tables and chairs, two areas (for smokers and non-smokers) shall be shown on the floor plans, with the exception of bars, traditional coffee shops, and entertainment centers. In the case of occupation of a common area, the specific areas must also be indicated. In the case of a green area, a certificate from the Urban Planning Department must be submitted.
• Department of Topography.
• Certificate Fire Department Service (original), accompanied by the fire safety study . In certificate will include and the outdoor areas.
• Operating license for entertainment center (more than two hundred seats).
• Similar licenses.
• Theater (over two hundred seats).
• Cinema (more than two hundred seats).

The necessary studies for the issuance of the above licenses (Entertainment center-Theater-Cinema) are as follows:

• Plans (floor plans and sections) in triplicate of the cinema or entertainment center with a capacity of over two hundred seats, approved by the Town Planning Department.
  The plans shall be certified on the same day that the building is legal and that the space is primarily intended for the specific use. (The dimensions, length, width, usable space, and purpose of each space shall be accurately stated). The approved plans shall also show WC facilities for persons with disabilities. In cases where the construction of WC facilities for persons with disabilities is deemed impossible by the Town Planning Department, the interested party shall be given a relevant certificate, which shall be kept in the business file.
• Fire safety study approved by the relevant Fire Department (original and two copies). (The surface area (sq. m.) and classification (main – auxiliary use) referred to in the Fire Department certificate must be consistent with those referred to in the plans approved by the Town Planning Department).
• A triplicate plan drawn up by a qualified engineer or architect showing the layout of the audience seating in the hall, the windows, the width of the aisles, exits, stairways, etc.
• A triplicate plan drawn up by a qualified electrical engineer showing the location of any power generator or transformer station to be installed, the location of the distribution board, the projection chamber, and the entire lighting and emergency lighting installation in general, after a full presentation of the electrical and mechanical installations in general.
• Draft-Report in triple appearing the position of property in relation to the surrounding properties.
• Triplicate draft report on the structural works to be carried out.
• Design-Report-triplicate calculations for the hydraulic and drainage installations to be constructed.
• Design-Report-triplicate calculations for technical ventilation installations (only in the case of closed theaters or cinemas).
• Design-Report-triplicate calculations for heating installations (only in the case of a closed theater or cinema).
• Triplicate draft-report for the aesthetic examination of the Theater-Cinema (draft depicting the facade-entrance of the Theater-Cinema-Entertainment Center).
• Report-calculations in triplicate for soundproofing installations.
